🚀 We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer
 📍 Damascus – Althawra Street | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏢 Pioneers Network Co.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across web and mobile. If you obsess over user journeys, clean interfaces, and measurable outcomes, this role is for you.


🎨 Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, user flows, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
Design pixel-perfect UI for web/mobile aligned with our design system.
Plan and run user research and usability testing; translate insights into action.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to ship end-to-end features.
Deliver clear design specs and support implementation with developers.
Track and iterate on designs using data/feedback to improve UX KPIs.


🛠 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX for web or mobile products.
Strong proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped work.


🎯 Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing, analytics (GA, Hotjar), or UX writing.
Familiarity with Front-End basics (HTML/CSS, design tokens) and Tailwind/MUI.
Motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, Lottie) is a plus.
